ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You are solely responsible to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to us. Incomplete application(s) will not be processed and any resulting increase in the applicable rates will be payable.
Any changes to such information (for example changing names, adding, reducing or switching of roommate, changing dates, etc.) after registration is subject to a charge of RM50.00 plus any difference in the price payable (in cases of change in packages). |

CANCELLATION
All sales are final. For cancellations requested before 30 April 2008, the full amount received by us (less RM200 processing fee) will be refunded within 30 days of our receipt of such request.
For cancellations requested after 30 April 2008 but before 31 May 2008, half of the applicable package fee will be forfeitable and is subject to a further RM200 processing fee.
No cancellations by participant or agent deemed correct or refunds will be entertained after 31 May 2008. |

TRANSFER
Any purchased Full Package is transferable provided that:-

(i) |
you notify us of the proposed transfer in writing (together with the Registration Form completed and signed by the Transferee) before 30 April 2008; |
| (ii) |
(ii) |
all payment(s) received by us from the Transferrer prior to our receipt of such notice shall be deemed to be automatically transferred to the Transferee; |
| (iii) |
|
all outstanding amount shall be paid by the Transferee & the Transferrer will have to pay a further RM200 processing fee; |
| (iv) |
|
Transferee must pay full package fee that is applicable in the month of the transfer (Transferee cannot take advantage of Transferrer’s earlier discount) |
| (v) |
|
the Transferrer & Transferee shall provide us with such further information as may be required by us; |
A confirmation of successful transfer will be sent to the Transferrer and Transferee via e-mail. |

EVENT ITINERARY & WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Linline Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the event itinerary, advertised programs, rooming arrangements and audience capacity at our sole discretion. You are responsible to periodically check any updates on this Website as any changes will be made known in this Website or by electronic bulletins or other announcements. To ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of all participants, please adhere to all policies, rules and regulations set down by Linline Sdn. Bhd. and the Resort at all times. |

SAFETY & INSURANCE
You will solely be responsible for your own (and any dependents’) safety and well-being throughout the entire duration of the event. Whilst all possible precaution will be taken by Linline Sdn. Bhd., we will not be responsible or liable for any defective or faulty equipment, facilities or services outsourced to 3rd parties, or any actions of the Resort or its employees, agents or staff (other than actions taken in accordance with our direction).
Kindly ensure that all your personal belongings are secured at all times. No insurance of any kind or coverage will be obtained in respect of your personal belongings, well-being or health. |

EXPRESSED RELEASE
You hereby irrevocably and fully release Linline Sdn. Bhd., its employees, agents, staff, representatives and volunteers of all actions, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, directly or indirectly, incurred or suffered by you due to any reasons whatsoever in respect of your participation in the Event or your registration with us.
If required, you may be requested to sign such other written disclaimer or release prior to commencement of journey or upon registration. |

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation will be provided either at (the Official Event Hotel). Accommodation at the Official Event Hotel will be allocated on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis.
No request for change of rooms will be entertained unless due to defect of facilities or other inhospitable conditions. Unless indicated in your registration, assignment of roommates will be at the sole discretion of Linline Sdn. Bhd.. We shall have the right to remove any unauthorised occupant or to charge you such additional amounts as may be imposed on us by the resort.
All participants under the Full Package are to observe all and any check-in procedures set down by the Organiser. You are required to check-out of your rooms directly with the reception desk of the Resort. |

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
All additional and ancillary costs and expenses incurred by you (including but not limited to usage of chargeable services, drinks, snacks, telephone charges, room services, etc) shall be borne fully by you. You are to settle all charges imposed by the Resort upon check-out.
All participants will be required to sign a Liability Form as requested by the Resort. |

TRANSPORT
Assignment of buses will be at the discretion of Linline Sdn. Bhd. unless a special request is received in writing by us before 30 April 2008. You are responsible to be present at the designated pick-up prior to the scheduled departure time. Buses will leave on time and will not wait for any late-comers. Linline Production will not be responsible to make alternative transport arrangements or be liable for any additional cost incurred. Please obtain your own travel insurance. |

FORCE MAJEURE
Linline Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for any default or breach due to any reasons or events occurring which is beyond our control. We will however use our best endeavour to ensure the successful completion of the event. |

SEVERIBILITY
If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable under law, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. |

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You and Linline Sdn. Bhd. hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. |

WRIST BAND
All participants (including performers) will be given wrists bands. Anyone without a wrist band will be denied entry for all activities of MSF 2008, including meals. |
